Her work is stunningly beautiful and follows a traditional style of Cloisonne and enamelled porcelain popular in China for more than 500 years. Her work is very distinctive and is worked beginning with a shaped copper base, filigree strips are then applied and the coloured enamel inlay added to the spaces formed by the filigree. The designs range from retro circles in pastel colours to geometrics in rich blues and greens.
We are also especially proud of our hand made and hand painted blue and white porcelain from Jingdezhen, the porcelain making capital of China, where artisans to the Emperors have been handing down traditional skills for more than 2000 years.
Our authentic Chinese antique furniture and decor is personally selected by us on our travels to China. Many pieces date back to the 17th and 18th century. All antiques carry a Certificate of Authenticity which verifies the age and shows details of the piece.
